  What a poor company these are NEVER book with them so many hidden chargers that they don't tell you about until after you've book. As for customer service your lucky to speak to somebody I rang one day took 28 phone calls to finally speak to sombody then they say we cant help you we deal with only booking' s not complaints. They ask for your name and number tell you someone will call you back and they never do . I cancelled my holiday on the 4th if February due to the hidden charges I wasn't told about. I was then told my refund would be in my bank within 28 days. However this wasn't true the refund should have gone into my bank by the 5th of March. After numerous of phone calls and trying and speak to the refund team with no success they left me no choice to ring citizen advice and trading standards once I had my reference number I rang unbeatable hire told them the situation. Then remarkably they processed my refund they tried to palm me off with an excuse by saying the card they tried to refund too was out of date yet my card is still valid until 2020. So from booking the holiday and to getting my refund I had to wait 8 weeks yet it should have been 28 days they are quick to take your money but don't like giving you a refund. NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY
