  This is a personal reply (as the owner of Motorcycle Service Surrey) to a MR. Ray Wilkins who has left us a review only 4 months ago, for works carried out much much longer ago.
  This review and it's content is very untruthful.
  We carried out a simple MOT motorcycle test at our VOSA Testing facility.
  The Aprilia motorcycle in question failed on rear suspension issues.
  At no point did the customer ask or pay us to diagnose this fault.
  Mr. Ray Wilkins diagnosed the fault himself and asked us to fit a second hand suspension shock absorber from the following week.
  This did not fix his problem.
  At this point i told him what the problem was ( a suspension linkage bar).
  He did not want us to order this part and asked us to store the vehicle until he sourced a used replacement.
  We stored the vehicle for approx 1 week FREE OF CHARGE.
  The next part supplied was incorrect.
  We then waited many weeks ( approx 1 month) FREE OF CHARGE.
  We then fitted his third used part to rectify his problem.
  We spent approx 3 hours on this bike and ONLY CHARGE A FRACTION OF THIS.
  WE DID NOT CHARGE A PENNY FOR STORAGE.
  I personally find it inappropriate and very two faced to leave such a negative and exaggerated review many months after leaving our workshop and thanking us for the work done....
  The sad part is we always try to help as much as possible, i.e. free storage and reduced hours, but this kind of thing will make me think twice in the future.... and i really don't want to run my business this way.
