  Luke and everyone at Inferno have been a lifesaver for me. In Feb '16 the knee surgeon told me I was too young (53) and too fat (190kg ~ 30st) for the two knee replacements required. After some very beneficial injections in my knee and spine by a specialist MSK doctor, I plucked up the courage to ask Luke if he could sort me out. After a few seconds hesitation he agreed. Since my first session in May, Luke has guided me through exercise, diet, sleep, relaxation and, most importantly, encouragement to lose almost 50kg (~8st), 6XL to 2XL in clothing and 10inches on my waist as well as increasing my fitness and mobility 10 fold all in just 7 months. Another 20kg and I'll reach my first target weight and can look forward to maintaining my new lifestyle with Luke and the Inferno team. This is so different to any other gym I've tried: you're never on your own on your journey at Inferno.
